Dungeons and Dragons Character Playlist – Theodas Loracaryn
GM Notes: A few weeks ago I thought it would be interesting to see what music people thought fitted their characters in my DND games and so I present to you a hopefully weekly article featuring the playlist of each of the characters. This week we find ourselves in the Jungles of Chult, with the musical choice of Theodas Loracaryn, the exiled elf on a quest to save the world, and his long-lost wife.
Home
Theodas’ vow to find his mother and his wife who both disappeared years ago. Also could refer to the pain Theodas feels when thinking of home since he has been exiled from it and can never come back to his family.
Another Dawn
Theodas’ link and attachment to Nature. The peace he feels whenever surrounded by nature. His meditation mood.
Husband and Wife
Theodas’ love for Ranala, his memories with her of when they were young lovers and their marriage. His hopes of getting back with her and finally start a family with her.
For Honour and Friendship
Theodas mission to find a cure to the Death Curse, his link to his companions and his friendship towards them. Even if Theodas doesn’t think of himself as a hero, every heroic deed he might do.
Beyond the Horizon
Theodas feels so lost in this new continent and misses his home and family. This theme represents his feelings towards his exile and that he has to be without his family.
